Contact Us

We are a small team and we read every message, so the fastest way to reach us is email. This page tells you where to write depending on what you need, how quickly to expect a reply, and what we can and cannot do.

Our email

The single address for all reader contact is contact@ifood.cc. It is monitored by a person, not an auto-responder, and it is the same address used across our legal pages. Please do not send the same note to multiple inboxes, because there is only one.

Response time

We aim to reply within two business days. Recipe questions and corrections are usually answered faster because they are concrete. During holiday cooking seasons the queue is longer, and we will say so if a reply will take more than a few days. If you have not heard back after a week, check your spam folder before resending, and include the original subject line so we can find the thread.

Recipe corrections and content feedback

If a recipe did not work, a step was unclear, a number looked wrong, or you simply think we missed something, tell us. The most useful reports include the recipe name, the step or section in question, what you expected, and what actually happened. We verify corrections by cooking the dish again where we can, and when we make a change we note it on the page. Good feedback from readers is one of the main ways the site gets better, and we credit it where appropriate.

Broken links, typos, and site issues

Technical problems such as a page that will not load, an image that is missing, or a link that goes nowhere are best reported with the address of the page and a short description of what you saw. Screenshots help. We treat accessibility and mobile display issues as real bugs rather than nice-to-haves, so tell us if something is hard to read or hard to use.

Business, partnerships, and press

Everything commercial goes to the same address but should be marked in the subject line as Partnership, Press, or Advertising so it is routed correctly. We consider a small number of relevant collaborations, but we do not sell editorial placement and we do not pay to be featured. If you are an advertiser, note that display advertising on the site is handled by our ad network rather than by direct deals, so a message about buying a specific placement will be referred back to the network's self-serve tools.

What we cannot do

We cannot diagnose medical, allergy, or dietary issues, give you a personalized meal plan, or guarantee that a dish will turn out the way it did in our kitchen. We also cannot respond to messages that are abusive, that ask us to publish unpaid promotional content, or that arrive without a real question. A note that is vague gets a polite nudge for detail rather than a guess. We also will not settle arguments about which regional version of a dish is correct, because most of those debates are more fun than they are solvable.

Before you write

A quick search of the site often answers common questions, and the recipe page itself carries our testing notes and an honest description of what can go wrong. If your question is about a specific dish, opening that page first saves us both a round trip. We appreciate concise, specific messages and we return the favor with concrete answers.

Recipe requests and what we cook next

We keep a running list of dishes readers ask us to develop, and the most-requested ideas shape what we test next. If there is a weeknight meal you never quite mastered, tell us the dish and the part that trips you up, and we will consider it for a future collection. We cannot promise a timeline, and we will not publish a recipe we have not cooked at least twice, but we do read the list and we are far more likely to tackle a dish several people have asked for than one nobody mentioned. Requests that are clear about constraints, such as a tight budget, a small kitchen, or a picky eater at the table, help us aim the testing in the right direction.

Privacy of your message

Anything you send is used only to answer you and, where relevant, to improve the site. We do not add your address to a marketing list, and we do not share correspondence with third parties except the service providers who help run the site. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
